Terms of Service
The ground rules for using our website and working with us. Effective October 30, 2026.
Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Ohana Electric LLC ("Ohana Electric," "we," "us" or "our") website and to requests you send us through it, by phone or by text. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates and work
- Information on this website describes our services in general. It is not a quote or a promise of a specific result.
- Estimates for new installations, remodels and rewires are free, including virtual estimates. Diagnostic visits for electrical problems have a flat fee, which we tell you when you book.
- Estimates are based on what we can see and test during our visit and on the information you give us.
- The final scope, price, schedule and any warranty for a job are set in the written estimate or work order you approve. That document controls if it differs from anything on this website.
- If we find hidden conditions once work starts, such as damaged wiring inside a wall, we will explain what we found and get your approval before any change to the scope or price.
- We pull permits and arrange inspections when the job requires them.
- Please give us safe access to the work area, and let us know about pets, gate codes or anything else we should know before we arrive.
Emergencies
If you smell gas, see fire or smoke, or anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911 first. For urgent electrical problems, call your local team directly. Do not rely on a website form for an emergency.
Text messages (SMS)
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you are opting in to Ohana Electric customer messages from our Washington and Utah teams.
- What you'll get: replies to your request, appointment reminders and arrival updates, estimates, invoices and follow-ups about your job. If you also agree to marketing texts, occasional offers and seasonal tips.
- How often: message frequency varies with your project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one message confirming you have been removed.
- Help: reply HELP, or call us at (425) 333-7164 or (435) 681-4104.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle your mobile number and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
Using this site
- Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not submit false requests or someone else's information.
- Tools on this site, like the panel check, give general guidance only. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed electrician. Never open an electrical panel or work on live wiring yourself.
- Some home and neighborhood images on this site are illustrations, not photos of specific Ohana Electric jobs.

Disclaimers and limits
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ohana Electric is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website.
Nothing in these terms limits any warranty in your written agreement with us, or any right you have under the law where your work is done.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
